1.5 c sprouted grains
2 apples EverCrisp cut into chunks
1.5 c oat flour
1 c cacao powder organic Navitas
1/4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 c fruit paste
~1/4 c water if needed

Green pea sprouts are favorite here. Easy in widemouth Ball jar with widemouth EcoPeaceful 316 stainless steel mesh lid. Dishwasher safe. No rust. Same lid used for growing and refrig storage.

A few weeks ago joyfully switched from plastic cutting board to hard maple 11x11x7/8”cutting board made by a local woodscraft person. Maintained with plant based cutting board oil by The Real Milk Paint Co. Simply rub in with your fingers then rub your hands together. No petroleum products.

Consider growing your sprouts in widemouth Ball jars with widemouth EcoPeaceful 316 stainless steel mesh lids. Store ripe sprouts with same lid by putting open end flush against refrig wall or bottom of another jar. Arugula, being a gelatinous seed, is grown in Geo terra cotta tower.
