wondering how this relative efficiency thing works cuz during normal operation its happened to me rather frequently that it jumps up to 101.5% for some reason and then gradually falls back down to around 94%

so recently our cat has found out that sleeping in my mothers chair is very fun
and she has gotten so used to it so quickly that my mother has to run to the chair faster than the cat so that she can even sit down, and when she does sit down my cat decides to lay on the table
