Star Trek Fans: lol. lmao.

At least the Roosevelt station is nestled in with a bunch of stores & apartments.

The Northgate station, one stop north, is bordered by a highway on one side and 1-4 blocks of parking lots on all others. There isn't even a continuous sidewalk that allows you to access the Target a few blocks away.

Where would you start? A boat or ski chase has been fertile ground. Maybe try watching the other Bond movies for ideas?

Christ, no one is pissing themselves saying "James Bond canonically got that surgery to make him look like a racist Japanese stereotype, how am I supposed to work with this?"

This is like those obnoxious mailers that point out that you could save $900/yr by refusing to pay union dues (meanwhile, union workers tend to make about $200 more per week than their non-union counterparts).

In the same way, I LOVE to watch WWE from early lockdown, where it's two wrestlers in a practice ring and the "audience" is composed of like five other wrestlers spread out among a sea of cardboard standees.

It's probably no longer the case due to tech workers being able to work from home, but for a solid decade, the median income of Seattle transit riders was HIGHER THAN the metro median income. It's just the best way to get around!

It's because it got a movie. Same deal with Pride & Prejudice. It makes it easy for people to engage with the superficial aesthetics without going through the effort of engaging with the story.

Remember back in the early 2000s when everyone realized that you could just steal an open-source browser & slap your own chrome around it?

Remember surfing the web on the Pokemon 2000 Browser?

Washington has the most civilized voting system in the country. They mail you your ballot like a month early, and text you to confirm receipt/verification.
