This is a good reminder that I need to own this on Blu Ray. When either this or War of the Gargantuas came on Philly 57 as a kid it was “cancel all plans” (aka fucking around on our bikes) and glue ourselves to the TV.

I am very stoked to read this (and am a subscriber to your Patreon) but was still working my balls off until pretty much this very moment. Being an avowed “Chaotic Neutral” enthusiast I’m bummed this whole book won’t get finished.

Are the Trump people too stupid to understand the realities of Venezuelan “oil” orrrrrr are we much closer to running out of oil (whatever that means) than the fossil fuel industry will cop too? I’m not usually so tin foil hat but I do wonder sometimes if things aren’t much worse than we all think.

Though to be fair, I was cutting survey transects way pre covid and two teens that were parking were not dissuaded at all by the presence of a large hairy man with a machete. Validated slasher movies a good five years before Trump made everyone stupid to own the Libs.
