I disagree with you on the great part. She struggled to take any brave stances on anything that wasn't "we gotta win against Trump". My vote for Harris was very reluctant, and was an election day decision.

And while I realize that a VP pushing out a sitting president is a touchy subject, there were signs very early that he wasn't fit for a 2nd term, yet Harris went along with it for as long as she did. It's no one's fault but Biden/Harris that they ran such a shitty campaign.

I don't know how it's anyone's fault but Biden's, and perhaps Harris herself, that she only had 107 days. Biden said during 2020 campaign that his presidency would be one term.
