I've long had an idea for a comic strip that maybe 7 people in the world would dig. I would be drawing it as a fictional artist who's desperately trying to keep his old fashioned character (think Dick Tracy or The Spirit) relevant in the 60s. But I have often tried and failed to draw in his style.

I love cartoons and I love politics, but I hate most political cartoons, especially the ones that appear in stuffy grown-up publications. It just seems like easy mode... there's no need for a laugh if your target affiliation agrees with it.
And don't even get me started on Doonesbury. 💤

Somehow I got it in my head that Nolan's The Odyssey was going to be a science fiction movie along the lines of Inception and Tenet. It didn't occur to me it's literally Homer's Odyssey until I saw the first images release. Now I'm bummed the film I was building up in my head will not exist.

No, MK Legacy Kollection is most certainly NOT "worth the fifty bucks for single player alone." Fucking nobody played these games single player in the 90s unless they were stuck at a laundromat or something. The AI wasn't even designed to be fun, it was designed to eat quarters.

I watched the first episode of Pluribus before work. Other TV shows need to up their game. Then again, I haven't watched a new show since Better Call Saul so maybe I'm just a Gilligan stan... Vince that is. Though I did watch a lot of Gilligan's Island, little buddy.
