In the fall, our sheep graze the residue of harvested farms. By cleaning up the stubble, the sheep reduce seasonal rodent problems on the farm, thereby eliminating the need for rodenticide. They also leave healthy natural fertilizer for the next season's crops.

On our 6th generation ranch, we follow ancient transhumance grazing practices. Good for the land. Good for the livestock.
