I’ve adapted Tartine Country Loaf with Culinary Exploration Sourdough Reboot recipes and techniques and created my own Einkorn #sourdough recipe. I’ve been baking it for a year, and found my results had become inconsistent. The first time I used The Food Geek’s calculator everything was fixed!
