so Pern dragons canonically have forked tails; this is typically drawn at their tail-tips.

Pern dragons also canonically utilize their forks for vital bodily functions.

Pern dragons also canonically fight flesh-eating alien rain.

A fork nearer to the body only makes sense, imo! 🎨

I also had a @fallenrockstars.rip adopt from the same batch as Bri’s Gabriel (for whom I made an art fight attack earlier this year) - so I felt like making a match for it with my own Wray! 🎨

I sorta went there back on Twitter! Someone had asked why I thought South Park were safe from this current sweep - and I figured they’ve got a nice cushion, at least until someone decides that doesn’t matter anymore, either.
My rationale is that massive contract that they're currently using as carte blanche - not that legality is much of a roadblock for this administration, they'll probably be the last to go down. But if they do, it'll be going down making something they're proud of.

Oh, what! More tarot card art? That’s crazy!

This is a commission of a friend’s OC, for the four of cups. And said character absolutely fits the bill when it comes to the inverted card. 🎨
It’s a tarot card depicting the four of cups! Three of said cups are stacked in an alternating fashion on the lower left quadrant while the fourth is being presented from an offscreen hand from above. The main figure is a contemplative looking, shaggy-haired man with a long nose, long ear and long beard; he is depicted facing left from the shoulder upward. The whole thing is wreathed in yellow and muted greens and abstracted digital textures that mimic real media. Yes it’s a Dragon Age knockoff but “dragon age” is a good vibe word for this piece.

My toddler appears to have entered a dragon phase. Dragon toys, dragon coloring. She colored a Night Fury lineart with a “tail black” and named it Pickle.

A little Nightlight stuffie is now also Pickle.

What started as a warmup got painted up into the fae Cardan, from Holly Black's The Cruel Prince (/Folk of the Air series in general) - making a stinkface that probably nobody deserved.
