Randomly remembered when my coworkers made me a legitimate battering ram a few years ago.

I miss them. And the battering ram.

Passed the intuit bookkeeping course with a 90.7%!

I'm honestly pretty pleased with myself. Pivoting into an AR/AP job would be an interesting change.

If anyone is into history, I highly recommend this channel. It isn't AI content, just an excellent storyteller and historian teaching us about forgotten histories. I grew up with NOVA and excellent PBS docs and these videos scratch that itch.

It's just me and my husband but can't resist making all of the things for Thanksgiving.

One of the things I'm most excited to make: mini cranberry orange and pumpkin cheesecakes!

One thing I will say about Senators Warnock and Ossoff: their office will respond to email and phone calls. Whenever I have contacted them I get a response letter explaining their vote.

Rick Allen? Nothing. Never once. I know he's a Republican but I am a constituent. It's rude.

It's wild to me that this is the year my mental health bottomed out and is simultaneously the most progress I've ever made on my mental health issues.

In allowing myself to feel the trauma, I've caused myself pain. But I'm also finally starting to heal.

"There's a difference between a 5 year old and a 15 year old", "Just below the age of consent", "barely legal". No. A child.

I've been having a hard time dealing with the very triggering discussion of the difference between a 5 year old and a 15 year old. No matter the age I would say that it still remains an unthinkable violation. It isn't academic to me.

Organized communal abuse of children is not new. It is not just a perversion of the elite, but an activity in all economic strata. By and large, the groups who share this proclivity get away with their crimes - until they don't. Protecting children means acknowledging the reality of abuse networks.

If you are not calling for Schumer and Co to be primaried, I don't trust you and best believe you're on the "to primary" list yourself.

Ro Khanna, who has called for Chuck Schumer to be replaced, says the only reason other Democrats aren't calling for it is because it would "offend a lot of donors."

"Are we gonna be beholden to the donors that have gotten us two terms of Donald Trump, or are we gonna listen to people?"

Imagine running for the Senate. Getting elected. Then choose to do whatever the opposition party wants. You ignore your constituents and cave to your opponents every time. Imagine being so spineless that you stand for nothing and then have the audacity to blame voters when bad things happen.

I called Ossoff and Warnock.

I don't think our leaders will listen. They are spineless. However I couldn't live with myself if I didn't at least try to do something.

Irrationally angry because Google maps apparently now does "sponsored" addresses ahead of where you want to go. I went to the wrong place because- foolish me - I thought if you put 111 Main St, you go to 111 Main St. No! It gives you a sponsored address first! Why?! This was a doctor visit too.

THIS IS WHY THE GOVERNMENT IS SHUT DOWN!!!

Trump & republicans are demanding Obamacare subsidies stop. Leading to massive price spikes nobody can afford. Dems are demanding they continue. Anybody saying anything else is LYING TO YOU ON PURPOSE.

Facebook paid me out today. $38.36. It's not much considering they helped destroy democracy and addled brains with their algorithms but y'know.

PSA:

These little conversations are 300 characters in length. Asking for anything other than a "simplistic" take is utterly asinine. Simplification is the name of the game. Giving people the benefit of the doubt that their take is more nuanced and complicated just makes logical sense.
