Rural PA suffers another blow: UPMC is pulling labor & delivery services from UPMC-Cole. This leaves SEVEN COUNTIES w/o maternity care, roughly the size of the state of CT. I know the nurses here are really underpaid, and yet they say they can't get enough healthcare professionals up here.

I wonder, if I apply for jobs, what would happen if I cross out "Have you ever been convicted of a felony?" or skip the question altogether, on the application. I bet it gets thrown in the trash.

We had to put our sweet 14 y.o. rescue Ellie down on Fri. Mid-2020 her owner had to go into assisted living & had nowhere for Ellie to go. Ellie had been our sweet biddy & our sassy prune, since then.
