Poor Oma!

My heart is truly broken leaving her, but I have to return to Amsterdam.

I've found someone to continue feeding her until Thursday evening and then she's on her own again 😭😭

I need to try and find a way to come back until she can at least be spayed.

My friends brought me back a kebab from their dinner, so I've given it to the mumma dog so that she can fill her belly and feed her crying pups.

I've also found a good Samaritan who is driving round Ksamil trying to find the broken leg dog, and will feed mumma dog for the next week too!

The dog I've been feeding in Albania has had her puppies and is sheltering them next to my hotel, but I'm leaving tomorrow morning. I have a big can of food to give her first thing, and I asked the hotel staff if they could help in anyway, or contact a rescue centre, but they are not interested 😭😭😭

These little kitties also ran up to me as I walked back to my hotel, so I gave them some cat biscuits that I bought earlier and have been carrying around with me all day.

I bought a chicken kebab to add to a can of food, and left it with a tub of water for their dinner, but one of the dogs is still super scared 😭

It's going to rain this evening so decided to do another round before it arrives, so that the strays could get some food in before they seek shelter.

Found these skittish kitties hiding in the roadside, but hunger outweighs fear.

I've been out for another round. Came across this gentle big boy, and a heavily-pregnant or over-bred female, both super hungry. There were also a couple of skittish boys a bit away from us, but I managed to throw them some sausage.

Mama got her snout into my bag but I couldn't be mad at her.

I've left a can of dog chow in an open food container nearby, so hopefully she'll find it and have a full belly for at least one day

I spent an hour trying to coax this girl into eating some food that I threw to her, but she's scared shitless and won't go to it 😭

Meanwhile, I've sacked off the rest of my holiday in Albania and am going around feeding and offering water to any strays I can find in the local area.

This little cutie was very happy with some cooked sausage.
