I’m cautiously optimistic about longterm peace between Israel and Gaza. Words matter. This is a cease fire, but not an end to the war. So, what happens if Trump insists on his creating his imagined “Riviera of the Middle East” on land where Palestinians once lived? He is transactional, after all.
