Fun fact! We had some friendly vampire neighbors at Barrandov during filming—Nosferatu was shooting there too. While we customized the permanent Parisian Street backlot & soundstages 4, 9, & 10, they took over the permanent Medieval Town backlot & soundstages 6, 7, & 8. www.barrandov.cz/en/pozemek/

Working on a vampire show means lots of night shoots. Filming interior scenes on a sound stage allows us to control the time of day we capture, but we lose that luxury when filming for “exterior night" unless...
