Further to my last post, clarification on the later ‘Kingdom of Israel’ (i.e of the descendants of Jacob) in the bible. Among historians the existence of such a ‘kingdom’ is, at best, controversial.

Clarification here for those who mistakenly think that ‘Israel’ in the Old Testament was a place. Even funnier, the ‘Twelve tribes of Israel’ weren’t even formed in present day Israel but in Egypt.
