Someone drilled their six on Snow's! My money is on a certain former student.
First time on the ice for me this season. Looks like 1-2 inches on Snow's Pond. I'll be holding out to fish until there's thicker ice.
Sebec has ice and looks pretty but I'm not checking that mess. Lol

Golden tones from a low sun in winter woods. My frozen throne and the brook is almost quiet. The quiet content solitude of a barely babbling brook and my own thoughts. So is winter.

I love the light during winter. Whether it is low sun at 3pm, moon, or winter stars. It hits different in the hushed solitude of winter woods.

I almost forgot the reindeer selfie. The plow truck driver was laughing his butt off and gave the thumbs up earlier. Yes, I shoveled and used the snowblower like this for a laugh.
