i guess my point is the difference is there's basically only 1 destination out there. that being said, i would personally like a ski bus, i just can see why its hard to prioritize on a city level

it's like driving people out into the middle of nowhere to shop at a walmart. there's basically only one massive privately-owned business there so it seems silly to spend public resources to direct people there

if the state owned it / there were more things to do, that would be a different story

i think it's valid since snoqualmie is a privately owned mountain that costs an insane amount of money to ride at each day. if the government was serious about making winter sports accessible, they would take back the mountains and have them be state-run
