90% of my issues with Blight Town were solved with remasters fixing the framerate. Now the part I dread is the god damn Tomb of the Giants.
Lost Izalith is definitely worse than Tomb but it's so bad it's actually charming.

That said the game dev should absolutely know, before they even release it, which part of their game is the shitty part, and furthermore they should put a skip button into NG+ runs.

Memorable experiences require friction to cement themselves within your mind. A game that is just evenly good all the way through will just glide straight from your short term memory into nothingness because there was no part of it that you had to struggle with.

As soon as this showed up in my view I went "That's not a real video game. That's a tax cheating enabler." and with each new trailer and listing in game stores I got less sure, only to be instantly proven absolutely right in one skeet. Vindication.

I don't know anything about any gacha game whatsoever so I guess that information missed me. Lightning hitting top 3 in female popularity polls is baffling though because there's individual games with like four or five women who are all better than her.

I would pay good money for cable access to the dimension you live in where things like this are true. I've literally never heard anyone praise Lightning even once.
