I feel like this word ought to have a secondary meaning when describing the linguistic character of somebody who speaks like Trump. Despite the actual definition, I couldn't help but read the Daily Wire article with this definition in mind.

He went to med school but never did any of the post-MD training which is MANDATORY to be licensed to practice medicine in all 50 states of the US.
He has *never* been qualified to practice medicine.

Those "institutional owners" don't just serve rich individuals. If everybody in the US with managed retirement or pension funds demanded that their funds #DIVEST from the health insurance industry, it would likely have a significant effect on stock prices, without significantly hurting your returns.
