I nudged my husband a few weeks ago to stop him and said ‘turn over, you’re snoring’. He said (really loudly and crossly) ‘who is?’ as though the other person who sleeps in our bed might have been responsible.

No thank god - we have that & badger in the garden. I could count on one hand the time she’s done it. The foxes have cubs nearby, they and the cubs appear across the stream in the evenings, she waits for them, shouts, everyone runs around wildly then it goes silent. Then they do it all over again.

Her ladyship once killed a baby rat but other than that, just enjoys the chase. She loves playing with the foxes at this time of year.

They all are 🥲. I set up an IG account for her when she was a puppy and now that she’s 10, so many of the adult dogs we followed then are coming to the end of their lives. It’s quite heartbreaking actually.

Oh no nothing like the hellscape. But I spend time hanging around in the places you don’t like owned by one of the childmen. 😁 She is well - I took a pic of her in full rage/anxiety mode this morning because I broke with morning routine and went downstairs to open all the windows.

I went to purchase a bike as an adult and mentioned I’d quite like a basket for my dog to ride in. After watching me test the bike, the salesman said for the dog’s safety, he wouldn’t recommend a basket and that I needed to relearn how to ride.
