#BB27 Rachel Reilly is the #1 Big Brother evangelist, so regardless of how I feel about adding a returnee or her past game play; I think it's a great marker for the 25th anniversary of the program. So far, I'm liking her heightened self-control.

Civil Asset Forfeiture should be ended in all jurisdictions. But if a jurisdiction that can #prosecutemusk still has it; there's a strong case that X shares are subject to forfeiture, as his ownership was used to promote his crimes and suppress & destroy evidence. Might be needed to pay out damages.

If Senate Democrats don't learn how to use the filibuster in times like these, and instead allows a legislative gutting of revenues and services; there is no point in remaining a Democrat.

This bill bypasses public notice and allows unilateral authority for the relevant Secretary to designate a group as no longer non-profit, without any clear guidance on limits to that authority. It is a severe strike (one of many recently) against the actual First Amendment.
HR 9495 would give the Trump administration powers to pursue dissenting non-profits and other groups under counter-terrorism laws.
