That said, I wouldn’t put it past Janeway to recommend a strong tactical array for the next ship destined for the Delta Quadrant, given her… history.

A lot of those were slipped into a background display by our designers as a funny Easter egg that was never meant to be fully visible. Same with some of the ship manifest for the Dauntless.

That is one element that was lost in translation over generations. Garrovick crash landed during an unspecified mission for the Enterprise that he volunteered for, and was presumed lost because of the interference. The crash caused the leak/groundwater poisoning, which he felt obligated to fix.
