I would say impressionism for creating a world so closely mirroring our own, blurred lines and unfocused colors bleeding into one another, each singular image creating the greater whole of the story. It can be soft, thoughtful like Monet, or harsh and poignant like Cezanne. Great art makes you FEEL.

Imagine being the claims adjuster trying to figure this one out. Lol

We usually have bacon wrapped asparagus. toss some spears lightly in oo and season as desired. Wrap a small bunch with a strip of bacon. Do that many times. Roast in oven at 375. When bacon is done, it's done. They look fancy. Taste down home. 10min prep, 20 min cook, never any leftovers.

Also, assign some people to bring a dish. Like if you know one person make good pie, have them bring pie. You can assign everything except the main course and one dessert.

Buffet style. That way it doesn't matter if people are late or a little early. Dishes aren't all over the table blocking the view and tempting you overeat.

Honestly, I really like that look alike rule. I see it being really beneficial.

I remember coming out of the walk in after a good scream. Chef was standing outside, he nodded and walked inside. Chef screamed. "Fuck this job and fuck that guy!" We screamed the same thing. 😭 He comes out and says, "what happens in the walk in stays in the walk in."
