Rosco gives his two cents on the discontinuation of the penny.

PANEL 2 Rosco looks around the room. Rosco: That's cool. Does anyone wanna stay around? Have a little Halloween party? PANEL 3 Razzlynette stretches her arms out and yawns. Razzlynette: Gosh, I don't know... I'm kind of tired after dealing with that ghost. Razzlyn fluffs her hair with a distressed expression. Razzlyn: Yeah, and all the strawberry Kool-Aid in my hair is getting... uncomfortably sticky. PANEL 4 Razzlynella walks up the stairs, and looks back at Rosco, who is upset. Rosco: what?! You're just gonna leave like that?! Razzlynella: Don't worry, man. We can hang out next Halloween maybe. PANEL 5 Georgetta tries to comfort Rosco. The Ghoulies: Sorry for possessing you and trying to chop off your hand even though you kinda deserved it. Rosco: No worries, that's all water under the bridge. PANEL 3 The Ghoulies finds peace. The Ghoulies gets what he wants.
PANEL 1 Back in the basement, The Ghoulies has possessed Rosco. The Ghoulies: Yes... Now that I have possessed Rocko, nothing can get in my way! Georgetta is very upset. Georgetta: His name is Rosco! PANEL 2 The Ghoulies puts Rosco's left hand on the poker table and holds up a butcher knife with the other. The Ghoulies: And now... I can take back what's mine! PANEL 3 Razzlynette, Razzlyn, and Razzlynella talk to The Ghoulies from the staircase. Razzlynette: Hey! Need a hand? Razzlyn is holding up the pickle jar with the hand in it, and Razzlynella is pointing at it. PANEL 4 The Ghoulies emerges from Rosco's mouth. The Ghoulies: Hold on, yeah! That's exactly what I need! PANEL 5 The Ghoulies holds the pickle jar in his arm and points to it. The Ghoulies: Wait, this is way better than my old hand! It has a cool tattoo and everything! PANEL 1 Razzlyn and Razzlynette hear Rosco's scream from upstairs. Razzlynella is busy looking in the fridge. Rosco and Georgetta: Aaaaaaaahhhh!!! Razzlynette: Did you hear something? Razzlynella: All I can hear right now is my growling stomach... PANEL 2 Razzlyn looks at Razzlynella as she rummages through the fridge. Razzlyn: I cannot stop you, but I don't think Rosco would appreciate you rummaging through his fridge. Razzlynella: I mean the ghost was doing it earlier. Let's pin the blame on him. PANEL 3 Razzlynella closes the fridge and looks back at Razzlynette. Razzlynella: Ugh, there's nothing good to eat in here. Babe, could you check the freezer for me? Razzlynette: On it, darling~! PANEL 1 Rosco points to the open basement door. Rosco: Quick! To the basement! PANEL 2 Rosco and Georgetta walk down the basement stairs. Georgetta: Rosco, why are you taking us to the one room of the house with no escape? Rosco: Don't worry. I locked the basement door. We'll be fine. PANEL 3 The Ghoulies phases through the door. Georgetta: You know ghosts can phase through walls, right? Rosco: Look, I flunked eighth grade science class, okay? PANEL 4 The Ghoulies corners Rosco and Georgetta. Rosco holds up a can of roach killer as a last ditch effort. PANEL 5 Rosco sprays The Ghoulies with roach killer. It has no effect on him whatsoever. PANEL 3 Razzlynella points at The Ghoulies in shock. Razzlynella: Wait, when I heard y'all went graverobbing, I assumed you stole like, clothes or treasure. You stole this guy's hand? That's messed up! The Ghoulies nods in agreement. PANEL 4 Razzlyn defends herself. Razzlyn: In my defense, I never stuck my shovel in the ground even once. Razzlynella: Oh, that's a relief. Rosco: So Ziggy, if I wanna kill a ghost, should I be using roach killer or bleach? Ziggy: What? You can't kill a ghost. Y'know... 'cause they're already dead. PANEL 2 Ziggy looks back at Rosco. The banner at the bottom reads "Discount dog saleswomen found 'gillty'" PANEL 2 Zoom out to show Georgetta watching the news on TV with Razzlyn and Rosco in her living room. Tanitha (on TV): Do other people call prison "the doghouse"? Or is that just me? The banner at the bottom of the screen reads "local newscaster bungles joke". Georgetta: Ugh... why wasn't I able to stop this... PANEL 3 Razzlyn tries comforting Georgetta. Razzlyn: You did what you could. I'm glad you stood for what you believe in. Georgetta: I know... but everyone seemed so convinced! How could they still vote to convict? PANEL 4 Rosco looks sadly at Georgetta. Rosco: A sad truth is most people have a really warped perspective of what justice looks like. Razzlyn: As rich as it is coming from him, he is right. PANEL 5 Georgetta looks back at them sadly. Georgetta: It didn't even feel like justice... It felt like... a cartoonish mockery of what justice should be! PANEL 6 Rosco looks back at Georgetta, who looks down sadly. Rosco: That's reality for ya'. A cartoonish mockery of itself.

Georgetta questions the trial's outcome.
PANEL 1 The jury disbands, but Georgetta is shocked. Georgetta: Wait, what?! Tamanda: As lovely as your speech was, they did still commit the crime they were on trial for. PANEL 2 Georgetta talks to Grettanda. Georgetta: But... jury nullification! You don't have to convict if you think the law itself is unjust! Grettanda: Really? Well I wish I knew about that five minutes ago. PANEL 3 Georgetta looks towards Strevalda and Button-Eye Jo, who are being handcuffed. Georgetta: Hey! I'm sorry I couldn't help you more! Strevalda turns to face Georgetta. Strevalda: Sorry? You're the most help we got this whole trial! PANEL 4 Strevalda and Jo both look towards Georgetta. Strevalda: We couldn't afford a lawyer, so it felt nice to know we had someone on our side. Button-Eye Jo (quietly, to Strevalda): (We shoulda charged more.) PANEL 5 The police officer threatens Strevalda and Jo with his baton. Officer Kassler: Alright, that'll be enough talking from you. PANEL 6 Georgetta shouts towards Strevalda and Jo as they're taken away. Georgetta: Goodbye! Take care! Stay safe! Officer Kassler: That'll be enough talking from you too, miss.

The jury reaches a verdict.
PANEL 1 Georgetta gestures at her siphonophore. Georgetta: They may not be "dogs" in the traditional sense, but a dog by any other name is just as sweet! PANEL 2 Georgetta leans against Strevalda and Jo's desk. Georgetta: And we have these two to thank for making that joy affordable to so many people. PANEL 3 Georgetta wraps her arms against Strevalda and Jo's shoulders. Georgetta: They should not be seen as criminals... but as heroes. PANEL 4 Judge Fubblubber is holding back tears. Judge Fubblubber: I must say, that was very moving... has the jury reached a verdict? PANEL 5 The jury seems moved as well. Tamanda holds up a sheet of paper. Tamanda: We have, your honor... PANEL 6 Judge Fubblubber slams his gavel down. "Guilty!"

Georgetta: That's true, your honor, but... PANEL 2 Georgetta gestures at Strevalda and Jo. Georgetta: I still don't think these two should be convicted! PANEL 3 Georgetta holds up her "dog". Georgetta: Ever since I got Mx. Sippy five years ago, they have been a light in my life. I'm sure that deep down, you all feel the same! PANEL 4 Georgetta: Even if your dog is a fish, it still provides companionship! Claramine pets her dogfish, and Kyble offers his nudibranch a dog treat. Claramine: I guess I was being a little pedantic earlier... PANEL 5 Georgetta: And they're just as cute as any other dog, right? Sarica looks at her urchin, wearing oven mitts. Sarica: Yeah... I have oven mitts if I really need to pet her. PANEL 6 Georgetta: And you, aren't you proud to own the world's largest bony dog? Baul pets his mola mola. Baul: I mean, it's no Mola alexandrini, but yeah, I guess so...
