I've heard of that happening to others! Having both I mean. I can't imagine how frustrating it must be to have to constantly be testing to adjust meds. I have trouble getting my doctor to test when my symptoms are back. I want to try treatments for hashimotos itself but my doctor is a poop

Yeah I got the autoimmune disorderzzzz too, they also said I have very mild sleep apnea and there's more tests scheduled for that

I was also afraid I was narcoleptic but that was the undiagnosed/untreated hypothyroidism and that's a bit better now since starting levothyroxine

I just had an appointment with a sleep doctor the other day and he told me I probably am genetically geared towards being a night owl and that I should try to make my routine fit my body rhythm

It's gonna be tricky cuz I got kids and have to operate in society but imma try being a night owl again

And I just don't think that should inherently be the case. They aren't perfect or all knowing and they can be just as wrong as anyone else and they can do way more damage depending on the scale they are allowed to gatekeep.
