In conclusion. I'm more interested in saving for a Faction I need than pulling for random characters here and there that I won't know what to do with in the long run. I know for a fact that the idol faction will be a skip also so i guess I'll be waiting for a while.

That leaves us to Vampire guy who has the same problem (I already have a character that does his job with Ellen) but because I don't know his team, maybe there I could find the archetypes I'm lacking. If not, I'll continue to save. By that point I may be able to save enough pulls for a whole faction

Then we have Obol Squad. I wanted to pull for them because I like Soldier 11 and I wanted to get her team. But her 2 new teammates don't do anything for her and I already own characters that fills their niches. And if I won't pull for neither of then, I might as well don't pull for whoever's left.

That's makes my pulling decisions somewhat easier. For example with the stars of lyra... I don't want Astra but i do want Evelyn. The problem is i don't know when the rest of the faction is coming or whether I would even want to pull for them. So i can just say no to the whole faction.

I'm interested in focusing on faction if I'm able (is hard cuz usually they release characters of the same faction back to back and that doesn't really work for a F2P player. But I was able to for the most part getting the factions i care about (Housekeeping/Calydon/etc)

All i can do is make the number bigger. Hope that helps

I played it for the first time on quarantine times and it holds up really well. Some dated humor aside (I'm mostly talking about "I hate my wife" type humor, not anything particularly horrible) and the combat makes me think that they were so close yet so far from doing a souls like before fromsoft.

PD: Chapter 5 is legit a good "end of season arc" campaign. Was kinda dumb the way all the factions came into the climax? Yes.

Did I love it? Also yes.

I haven't felt this way with a live service game since ever. I understand not playing it on principle but if you are interested you should try it.

ZZZ is making smart pulling hard by giving peak characters repeat function while there's still a lot of empty spaces that need to be filled (Ether only has 2 characters, one being support. And they make Astra ANOTHER one? Crazy)
