It's been years since I had such a love/hate relationship with a piece of media as I do with Arcane. It's so good but so incredibly frustrating. I think because it's on the verge of greatness but there are a few aspects of it that drive me insane whenever I think about them too long.

I left a 3d print running while I went to the office except I apparently accidentally set it to concentric infill so I really don't know what I'm going to come home to.

Finished Iron Widow again, and I feel basically the same way about it as I did the first time, which is 5/5. I was thinking about some of the major criticisms I've read while going through it, namely that it doesn't make any sense for Zetian to be so against society when she was raised in it.

I'm reading Iron Widow again because its sequel is finally (!!) coming out this month. I'm always worried when I revisit stories I really liked that it won't hit the same the second time, but I'm enjoying it! It's so incredibly high energy.

I've been feeling emotionally abnormal recently and I can't tell if it's seasonal affective disorder, hormones, my medication, or all three of those things. I feel fine when I'm out doing things, but as soon as my mind is allowed to wander I lose all motivation.

Why is it that whenever I see a cosplay I want to do, it is something that is something utterly beyond my skill level? The trouble is that I may end up trying it anyway.

I gotta say, LoL Jayce looks like a real knucklehead compared to his Arcane counterpart. Then again, everything in the show seems to have better artistic direction.

Finished off Arcane season two, and now I can finally read the LoL wiki articles about these characters. I've been avoiding doing so for years at this point.

My current WIP is taking place as part of a large tournament/competition between people who have unique magical abilities and I'm really torn about how much I want to be talking about the powers of random irrelevant characters. Not much, I assume. And yet. #writingcommunity

Spent all of tonight rewatching the first season of Arcane followed by the first three episodes of the second one. It's really just so good. A masterclass.
