- local level, trying to emphasize to four Covid+ patients I saw yesterday, as well as to the staff refusing to mask, that Covid was and is AIRBORNE and that variants are in constant evolution because of global air travel sigh... pretty lonely out here in the sticks. The CDC failed us long ago
