Given the recent push to eliminate ‘DEI’ funding initiatives from the NIH, we should be reminded of several pieces of evidence showing that diverse teams of researchers outperform homogenous groups and that ‘DEI’ is an essential element of US competitiveness. Here’s some evidence-based studies:
