If it works for you that's all that matters! I got back into it by just focusing on cardio for a few months. That helped me ease into exercising again. Also helped my build confidence as I gained stamina. But everyone is different

Honestly I agree. I haven't had Thai food though and I really want to. Love Indian food. I also really really love Jamaican food. It fuses a lot of Hispanic foods with Indian food. With some soul food influence. Mind blowing.

As someone who eats Mexican food basically every other day I cosign this so hard. I've been eating spicy fish tacos all week with lime and some pico de gallo. So fucking yummy. Can't ever go wrong with some cheeeeeeeeeese too
