Been hitting the gym and seeing results. I refuse to weigh myself and remind myself to focus on my fitness, NOT vanity. Weird thing is now I don't have an ideal body type I'm aspiring to. It's liberating, but at times, I don't know if I like the physical changes I'm experiencing. Still happier tho
