That's going to be a super expensive decision down the road.
Not only having to rehire the people they fired to replace with AI so they can fix the AI's mistakes but also making it harder for their games to be certified, taking longer to release and maintain hype.

If we can count on them to fail, then why not let them metaphorically walk headfirst into that glass door for our own amusement?
