For some reason I've only just realised Bluesky has a native app. Works practically the same as going through your mobile browser but it just feels so much nicer to use.

Love the fact more people are joining Bluesky. But I gotta say, the 'suggested accounts' tab could use some work. It's never shown a single account that I'm interested in following (on the contrary - it's showing accounts I'm explicitly not interested in. But there's no way to remove them it seems).

Max Verstappen. What a season it has been. Until the race in Brazil, I didn't think he'd be able to cling onto his championship lead - but he did. Undeniably the best driver of the season, incredible.

Looks like the Tyson/Paul fight was completely farcical - both the stream itself (rip Netflix) as well as the actual fight (which everyone should've been able to see coming from a mile away, as all of Paul's fights are like that). Easy way to make a couple dozen million bucks though, can't blame em.

Monaco staying on the F1 calendar until 2031 is lovely news. Though the fact that, from 2026 onwards, it won't be held on the same weekend as the Indy 500 will take some getting used to.

Followed a load of people on here whose posts I actually enjoy reading, rather than to keep up with the news or doomscroll (which, with the current state of the world, is more or less two sides of the same coin). Hope I can capture some of that 'old school' Twitter feeling from simpler times.
