Last year my minor medical emergency was the day before Thanksgiving.. my body.. it knows something I don't.

I said "I don't know” to her a few different times. She was like a clone of the first one, but kinda scarier. I'm gonna cry to my actual therapist about it next month lmao, so there.

-by the new psych about how much meds I have left, why I didn't come back in three months, (I told her they didn't call me!!) why I have some left if it's been over three months, (I'm bad at taking them, I'm trying harder now) amongst other, rapid fire first appt. things.

Just venting now, idk. I was supposed to get a call to schedule with a new provider, all her clients were I guess, but me specifically in three months, she refilled my meds for three months just for that reason lol here I am like four almost five months out, scheduled it myself, to get interrogated-

"I saw my previous psychiatrist at least two times before she left."
"No, you've only been here once."
"It was very brief, and months ago, but it was at least twice-"
"Ah yes I see another visit, twice. Why only twice?"
