Despite Poncho's intimidating size, his dimness complicated even the simplest criminal tasks. Working with him exasperated Kenny, but he couldn't speak out. He wasn't #relevant enough in the organization to have pull. Poncho was the boss’s nephew after all.

Goddamn nepotism, he thought. #vss365

She enters the kitchen like a breath of foul air. “Did you unfriend me?”
He cowers. “I tried to enemy you, but that wasn’t one of the #options.”
“I consider that cheating.”
“That’s a high standard.”
“Add resisting arrest.” She pulls out her handcuffs.
He breathes deep. Ah, Wednesday nights.

“So, what are our #options?” he asked, staring at the door blocking our path. “Scale the building? Check for an open window?”

“We can’t do that.”

“Alright, we bust it open,” he said, heading toward his car.

“Uh, Brodi? We could just call a locksmith, dude,” I said, taking another drag. #vss365

The promise of a future vote on ACA subsidies, which I highly doubt the GOP will honor in good faith, is why Chuck Schumer should be removed from the leadership position. The fact that he could not keep his caucus together is a failure of his leadership, even if his vote was is ultimately a nay.

Asked a co-worker how their back feels. Having to constantly punch down instead of up because of how *entertaining* they find people not getting their SNAP funds.

I absolutely hate it here.

"So I found a great deal on it used," I said, proudly as I noticed Brodi flinched a little. "What was that?"

"Oh, I just got a chill about it. I think I'm going to bounce."

"Why?"

"What if that drum kit is haunted?"

"A haunted drum kit, Brodi?" I replied. "Seriously."

"Think of the potential!" he squealed, watching a marketing video for a board game simulation. The licensing fees alone had already blown the budget.

"What's stopping people from just playing the real games?"

"No one wants to be near anyone anymore," he replied.

"Fair point." #vss365

"So, rule number one while staying here," Steven announced.

"I don't do rules because they are usually too arbitrary," Kyle interjected, and I felt a slight hint of embarrassment. Kyle, at seventeen years old, had recently been delving into his own interpretation of moral relativism.

"They always elude me," Benji said exasperated as continued to survey the room, it was cluttered and had a familiar earthy smoke smell.

"What does exactly?"

"My car keys, Todd!"

"They play hide and seek with you, or you get too high to remember where you put them?" I replied. #vss365

"You know what sucks?" Keith asked.

"What?"

"We're living in a cyberpunk dystopia, but we don't even get the neat bionic stuff."

"Would you trust a corporation with that?" I replied. "They'd probably charge a subscription fee and raise it on you every year."

Not Hakeem Jeffries assisting in pushing that Overton window further to the right by helping smear the winner of a democratic primary courtesy of an entitled and sex pest who thinks he is owed a place in power.

That would never happen, right?
Hakeem Jeffries says of Cuomo's attacks on Mamdani for living in a rent controlled apartment: "It's a legitimate issue that has been raised, and the [Mamdani] campaign is going to have to address it."

When he couldn’t get to play the game, Rory could get a little #grumpy, but Katie knew very well how to handle him and he managed to survive through his sister’s birthday party without and need for a hospital stay.

The game waited for him, though. At home. It wasn’t going anywhere.

I'd never seen a grown man tug my sleeve like a child. As Daryl pointed to the night sky, he shouted, "Keith, we have to follow the rainbow! It'll lead us somewhere magical!" I knew then that the mushrooms he'd taken an hour ago had kicked in.

The people rooting for Trump to send the National Guard to Washington DC are the same who said Obama was going to send the National Guard to round them up to FEMA death camps.

The projection and hypocrisy knows no bounds.

I'd expected my apartment to be a sanctuary from the city's chaos. Instead, I entered to find Thomas in the living room, his dust-covered clothes, the walls riddled with holes, and all the electronics shattered. "You can hear the humming, right?" he asked frantically.

"Would you go through a wormhole if it took you to another dimension?" Adrian asked as we sat on top of the roof, staring at the stars.

"Does it have free healthcare?"

"No, but it does have flying cars and a colony on Mars."

"What do deductibles look like?"

"About the same."

"Pass." #vss365

My thoughts wandered as Tom continued to talk, unaware I wasn't paying attention. His contrarian nature had been annoying me since we arrived. He then gave me a look and asked, "So, what are your thoughts on moral relativism?"

"What?"

"Your thoughts?"

"Shut up, Tom."

Silly me
thinking I'm smart

so #deviant

"The world is full of deviants," his voice boomed. "People no longer fear the one true god, and that's been the collapse of this country."

"Amen!" someone shouted from the back. All I could think was this wasn't the loving god I was raised with, but scripture twisted to ferment fear. #vss365

While the world chased productivity and profit, dismissing Brodie and me as pool floating burnouts, we were, in fact, savants at making bongs. Didn't that count for something? I once watched Brodie transform an old pool filter into one of the sickest bongs around. Who were they to judge? #vss365

Bill Kristol's history is often overlooked on social media. While he's currently tolerable due to his outspokenness against Trump, remember his past advocacy for endless wars, austerity, and obstruction of healthcare reform. He is not someone I would would want in the senate.
