Typo inserting "not" into jury instruction on standard of care is plain error and warrants reversal of jury verdict and new trial per Nebraska Supreme Court, JRMB v. Alegent , 319 Neb. 287. Proof those proposed instructions carefully!

OK, the report is now fully in major media. Media must get an extensive White House response; Congress must investigate (even if it's a minority report); DOJ and the FBI must investigate; the CIA must issue a report on what it knew about this and when.
