Which Frankenstein? The 1931 Boris Karloff movie is my favorite, but it has almost no music.

A couple of obvious ones from the classical side:

"Danse Macabre" by Saint-Saëns
"Funeral March of a Marionette" by Gounod (aka the Alfred Hitchcock theme)

(Bluesky doesn't seem to be showing me all the replies, so sorry if this duplicates earlier suggestions.)

Even assuming no difference in rates, 50 years would cost quite a bit more. I ran these figures:

A mortgage on a $400K house, $80K down payment, 5.98% interest.

30-year mortgage total payments: $689.201.62
50-year mortgage total payments: $1,007,860.46

Putting a word together from its parts is different from the kind of guessing they're talking about. For instance, I was told my cat has stomatitis. "Stoma" is mouth. "Itis" is inflammation. It meant my cat had an inflammation or infection of the mouth, even though I hadn't seen the word before.

Nitpick: 1700 was the last year of the 17th century.

There was no year 0, so the 1st century was the years 1-100, etc.

The government claims the right to treat any place within 100 miles of the border or the coast as a legitimate area for a "border stop." Local cops collaborate, harassing locals and tourists, because they get money.

Not a word from her about ICE brutality or illegally imposed taxes.

Just got an email saying nearly the whole amount was refunded. No explanation or apology.

In fact, I'm already under the government-run system (Medicare). Extending it to "Medicare for all" wouldn't help me. Or anyone.
