I have to admit that the VERY Greek features on Diana’s face (the way series artist Hayden Sherman draws her) earns the book a *ton* of goodwill from me, too. She’s beautiful but not "sexy." She’s built like a fighter, not a bodybuilder.
Sherman’s art is just lovely throughout, really.

Their habitats being wiped out because we’re using it for agriculture. We can *definitely* feed ourselves while using less land than this. That would make a little more room for us humans.

Ahh. So the original poster said over 50% of the total population of Israel wasn’t bothered, but the articles I found only broke it down by political affiliation (Left vs Right vs Center) but didn’t give the general population’s opinion. However the PDF on the IDI site does. It was actually 67.2% 🙃

Why do beveled corners and 45º angles make things feel more "sci-fi"? It’s almost getting to be a cliché now (I’ve used it many times, myself—this is NOT a criticism of anyone), but dammit, they work! (Especially in teal or magenta, I think.)
I’m really curious where the first instance of this was.
