It was so good. I had 1/2 jar of apple butter left from some I had canned. Added some Dijon, honey, and a little apple cider vinegar, mixed it up and glazed during the last 15 min.

Oh yes. Leftover Day is to be celebrated. Pumpkin pie for breakfast and a turkey sandwich on a ciabatta with cream cheese, Calabria chili and strawberry jam, some cranberry sauce, Havarti cheese, and spinach leaves for lunch. Dinner may be a repeat of yesterday.
