It’s what intelligent people do. They prepare. I love it. Tonight I made four home made buttered chicken dinners in a batch so I can do less work later. Present-self looks after future-self with tiny acts of self-love and care. Replacing a toilet roll before it’s too low. To prepare is self-care.

I would rather fight a Sasquatch than stub my toe in the dark. It’s important to be offended by events that have not yet, but might happen. (I think it’s called preparation.) You will outlast 90% of people who aren’t prepared for anything, who fumble and stumble by inertia gravity and stupidity.

It’s very good but vision impaired people may not be able to read those colours. I have astigmatism and can’t read red or pink. Worth knowing because at last count that is 2.2 billion people.
