And yet, he and his fellow conservative justices were silent this week as the court voted to allow the Trump administration to detain suspected immigrants based in part on the color of their skin.
The Supreme Court says colleges can’t consider race. But ICE can.
So much for the justices' promise of a "colorblind Constitution."
