Up at five today for strength training, but this is not going to be easy. I feel tired already. Still geting over Saturdays hike over the hills.

I have two routes that I can take walking to work, the one I use most is up our dwindling high street and through the local shopping centre. The other route is along part of the quayside and marina, and then a short walk along the shoreline. Nature can still spring surprises.

Having a cup oh turmeric tea, would anyone add a bit of sugar to it. Drinking more herbal teas now, can’t imagine mint tea without sugar(after trekking in Morocco), but drink them normally without sugar.

I’ve drunk tea for 50+ years, white two sugars, after a recent health scare decided to cut back on the sugar intake, why does tea now taste so bland with one sugar, coffee tastes good with with less, but tea, there’s barely any taste.

I’ve been off work today, feeling crap with a bad cold, hope to be back tomorrow. Today has been made more bearable by my time spent on here.
