sj and lqg go on multiple dates after that and it soon becomes VERY CLEAR that sj has continuously gone to their cafe not bc he likes their expensive matcha lattes, but bc he likes watching lqg work--

the uncharacteristically suave text sends lqg diving for his pillows. he glances at his phone--too scared to look. and maybe an hour later he finally gets a text

"no, but if you want to we can meet up."

and it reads "not working today?"

to which lqg sits TF UP. he stares at the text, hesitates on asking who it is, and then just replies "needed a day off"

he gets a text shortly after with a silly sticker and then a casual "are you working tomorrow?"

after a few weeks of this (and lqg's coworkers badgering him) lqg finally works up the courage to write his number down on the napkin, but when he doesn't receive a text for one day....two....he feels like he really blew it. but on the day he's off, his phone suddenly gets a notification
