And then layer on the fact that to go to war with the BBC is to go to war with the British state. BBC is a state owned broadcaster. This isnt ABC news.

One other aspect to this, is this isnt in reality a legal problem (although I bow to your legal expertise) but a political one. BBC wouldnt submit to any court with a judge that was appointed by Trump, and Trump wouldnt go to a court that wasnt run by one of his cronies.

True, but ultimately the party elected him. Its the party's fault as well as him. He didnt suddenly become an empty vacuum on the day he became PM, he was an empty vacuum before that too.

They are facing exactly the same problems as the Tories, and for that matter Man Utd. Firing manager after manager without stopping once to think that the problem might actually be the club/party and not just the manager. Who would replace Starmer who actually has any kind of vision or identity?

They are facing exactly the same problems as the Tories, and for that matter Man Utd. Firing manager after manager without stopping once to think that the problem might actually be the club/party and not just the manager. Who would replace Starmer who actually has any kind of vision or identity?
