The paint touchup is done, so all the cranial bones are IDd. Now after making a huge mess, time to mark all the cranial nerves with Pinkest Pink #culturehustle

Finally done with coloring all the bones, but I'm too sleepy to go back over and detail. Tomorrow.

I'm in the home stretch, only 4 cranial bones to paint, and the hyoid. I'm coming for you pterygoid, ethmoid, basisphenoid, and tympanic bulla!

I'm only 5 colors/bones done, but they were the big ones. I also made this little cradle for the mandible and hyoid. Time for a break

So it turns out that cutting a window into the back of a sheep's skull with a rotary tool is way tougher than I expected.

Apparently my first post on BlueSky is going to be snarky, ah well. I was IDing animal tracks on iNat, and came across this gem when looking at references. The longer I look, the better it gets.
