Two more observations: Leda's back jewelry is similar to Dorothea's, sure, but it is also fashioned in the shape of the Crest of Timotheos. Similarly, this big guy she's fighting later in the trailer has Gautier body paint on his chest.

Really interesting that the headpiece affixing what I THINK are Relic horns mimics shapes used in Nabatean ornamentation (vague claddagh outlines), but without any of the celestial associations. For comparison, the regalia Sothis wears in her mural and Flayn's hair clips (similar, but with shells)

The size of this guy's ears makes me think he's either a direct Sothis-line creation (aka human made into a Nabatean; NOT Macuil or Indech because they're not down for big human parties) or is born from two paired Nabateans. Third option is Lycaon II or III--L2 has no mentions, L3 threw orgies

Some random Noa facts I compiled when I was doing that Crest/Relic deep dive for myself
POINTS OF INTEREST: The Hierophant is a mouthpiece of the gods. I believe this is either a nod to the cult-family Noa built around herself, dubbing her descendants as middlemen who have spoken directly to the divine, or to Noa herself. Her magic rivaled Macuil's own, so Noa's Scroll of Talos has a picture of herself on the cover. I approve of her selfie sensibilities. Talos was a bronze automaton in Greek mythology, tasked with protecting Crete from pirates and invaders--much like Noa herself, who ended up in the far West of Fodlan and founded one of its first major ports (also named Nuvelle). Nuvelle facilitated trade with Albinea, Dagda, and Brigid. Nuvelle was the first House granted a noble title by Great Emperor Wilhelm. This indicates both the power granted to the family and their demigod matriarch, and the importance of their port city to the health of the early Empire. Nuvelle is an estradiol brand. Therefore, trans Constance real? Anyway…

A late WIP Wednesday: god but I love Mourning Our Last Morning Together!akeshuake. The angst is delicious, and so is post-confrontation (but pre-final battle) Maruki having a tantrum in the background.
The attic was a mess. More so than usual, but only beacause there was no reason to tidy up a room that would dematerialize in a few hours. This version of Leblanc's attic—the one with Akechi's Kensington folded neatly over the bowed arm of the couch, the rest of his wardrobe strewn like he'd gotten stripped by the hungry hands of a tornado funnel—was becoming less real by the minute. They hadn't been careful, or quiet. There was no need for it, not with the way Maruki's anger had ploughed a distortion through the cafe in his wake. Finally and fatally denied, he'd let the rose-tinted bokeh filter drop. The dusty, half-frosted cocoon of Leblanc's attic had suffered a major drop in resolution, missing assets shivering at Ren's periphary. The walls were increasingly intangible, but they were closing in all the same. Dawn dribbled in through the slats of the drawn blinds, runny and anemic. Winter leached the warmth from what little sunlight their betrayed god felt they deserved today. It begrudgingly illuminated the carnage of Ren and Akechi's last night together, inflicted on the budget production of Sojiro's beloved business—the one Ren didn't respect, despite it being the only version of Leblanc with a live Goro Akechi in it. It didn't matter that Ren and Akechi had destroyed the low table—with their joint body weight, moving in desperate tandem—or the desk chair—shattered against Ren's back, in a fit of rage-shot sorrow from Akechi that Ren had welcomed. The furniture wasn't as real as their heartbreak.
