Yes, that's #1 Gyro Screamer herself, begging for a tribute she did not get. Everything was soooo tasty, and Rose was furious until I gave her a pinch of pita to soothe her

Gyro's done, tzatziki's done, chicken is marinating, onions are becoming increasingly pungent, and my cats have gone from hopeful (begging for gyro) to hateful (SEVERAL LEMONS JUICED IN THEIR PRESENCE). Pita dough will wait until spouse is off work, since it doesn't take super long
