I've never seen their headquarters. I've never seen them practice. Never have I seen where these tiny identical cars are bought and sold. I never see them in public waling around recruiting or giving out information. Yet, every parade has them. Where do they come from? Where do they go?

Every county in the United States should own a plot of land that is allowed to go fallow and carefully monitored for invasive/undesirable species.
Seeds are harvested as plants grow them and then the seeds are distributed to anyone in that county who would like some.
