Hello world, I'm an enby spacey lefty techie. Do you like books? Check out my lists on Hardcover: https://hardcover.app/@glimmer

Statistics 101: medians are great way to hide distributions.

Your chart also very nicely leads into the whole “wages have not kept up with productivity” thing progressives like to talk about.

I mean #2 is fine but only if we start at the very top with the Commander in Chief…

Rule #1 of drug dealing and Big Tech is:

Never get high on your own supply

Interesting how both refer to their customer base as users…

guess they are gonna get laid off. good riddance to those people they should be tried at The Hague for building glorified tablets into fucking cars and massively increasing driver risk and stupidity

And like, I don’t see why we can’t appeal to men and masculinity. Progressives pulled it off a century ago, why is it so hard for us to do today? Intersectionality should include men too.

Hell yes, keep making ‘rage bait’ and acting like you and your tech bro overlords are invincible. That worked great for the Pinkertons in the Gilded Age. Sales and marketing people really are the worst bootlickers of all.

Antimatter is indeed incredible! If only we could safely demonstrate its high-energy properties in a high-profile, televised event for certain DOGE and White House leadership figures… with very secure magnetic confinement, of course. 😇😈

Ok but a pretty big counter-argument is the My Girlfriend is Not Hungry trend from a few years back. The science is far from settled on whether food or cocaine is the true way to a women’s heart hehe

Congrats, you're realizing being a 'normie liberal' was just a comfy lie. While you enjoyed 2012, the system was already exploiting sweatshops, child miners, and stolen land for your coffee & phone. Radicalism isn’t new—just new to you. Obstruction isn’t enough. Accountability starts now.

You're so right. If only humanity had invented some sort of efficient, fast, and scalable solution over a century ago that could transport large groups of people without everyone needing their own 2-ton box of metal. What a shame we never figured that out. Oh well!

Y’all, I think I’ve found my niche in this little corner of the internet: embodying the highest form of intelligence while humbly engaging in the lowest form of wit. Oscar Wilde would be rolling in his grave—or slow-clapping, who knows? Either way, I’m thriving, and you’re welcome. Enjoy the show!

Well, as we sit idly by, watching the powers that be busily work away at constructing a cyberpunk dystopia, it’s no wonder nihilism is the new company culture. Hard to feel inspired when the future is all neon lights and corporate overlords. And we don't even get the neon!

Well this really does set the stage for 2025 doesn’t it? Happy New Year folks!

Hell yes finally some real awareness on this issue! Eleven is not alone; it's time to take America's PSYOP division to the next level! The Corps is Mother, The Corps is Father...

Agreed, tech's rising environmental impact matters, but agriculture still is the far bigger issue statistically speaking. Big Tech/AI has become a politically convenient scapegoat, but not loosing focus on systemic drivers like meat-production-driven Big Ag is far more urgent if we want real change.

Our era in a nutshell: ‘This Is Fine’ x Roko’s Basilisk x Late Stage Capitalism—an irony-pilled, post-truth fever dream where AI-worshipping tech bros now run the government and the internet cheers on Ted Kaczynski 2.0 dishing out vigilante justice. Truly, we live in a society; a cooked society.
