Big fan of IndyCar's live ghost car tech in Indy 500 qualifying - really lifted the broadcast to see how the quali attempts were comparing in real time 👏

My 30+ year old collection has been passed down to my toddler son to play with/destroy, but there's two cars he can't have:

I got these when I was 18 months old, and it was another 2 years before I learned there were real versions of them that raced all over the world! 🫶

Had a bunch of info come through on the F1/Hot Wheels cars.

Really like that they're doing budget and premium versions. The cheaper ones are just £2.30, which makes them much more accessible (I hope!)

I say this as someone who fell in love with F1 through having a toy car collection!

Maybe when Verstappen seals the 2024 F1 title, Red Bull will let him race his personal livery that's just come out in the F1 24 game 🎮 😂

After all, to slightly deviously (🤭) quote Max himself, "It's really cool that people can drive cars that are not just the standard liveries" 🎨

My main takeaway from the special Alpine Las Vegas F1 livery is that they now have enough room for manoeuvre around the weight limit to actually put some colour on their car - compare this to the supposed 'pink' variant of their livery at the start of the year!

I wish motorsport TV directors could resist their compulsion to endlessly cut to people jumping up and down in a garage at moments of peak celebration.

When someone has just won a championship (like today in MotoGP), I'd like to see that person's immediate, raw reaction as much as possible
